Key challenge.
BWCI’s implementation of IntelliPen had stalled due to lack of detailed requirements, planning and both internal and supplier resource constraints. They needed someone to deliver functionality and processes before migrating up to 30 schemes onto the platform from P3.
Our solution.
We worked closely with the in house team to gather requirements and design the solutions needed.
We have then built functionality and integrated workflows to deliver a robust, highly automated and efficient DC processing platform. This was done using IntelliPen’s IntelliFeed IntelliCase, IntelliCalcs, Document Production and other customisable objects including SQL Server.
